Our company has been mainly engaging in manufacturing products of: p-dichlorobenzene, calcium chloride, o-dichlorobenzene, 1,2, 4-trichlorobenzene, 1,2, 3-trichlorobenzene, m-dichlorobenzene, chlorobenzene, 2, 5-dichloronitrobenzene, with a total designed production capacity of 150,000 tons. We are one of the major production bases of the above mentioned products in China.
1. P-dichlorobenzene is the main raw material of PPS polyphenylene sulfide which is the sixth largest engineering plastics in China. PPS is mainly used in aviation, automobile, machinery, household appliances, etc. Due to the technical content of p-dichlorobenzene in China is still in the early stage it cannot meet the standards for PPS production, there is a shortage of more than 200,000 tons of P-dichlorobenzene in China at present, and 300,000 tons of p-dichlorobenzene is needed. Currently, China mainly relies on imports, so there is a large market development space. In 2016, relying on the strong scientific research strength of the university research institute, our company jointly developed refined p-dichlorobenzene, with the content of 99.99% or more, which fully meets the quality requirements of PPS production and has smoothly transformed into productivity, brought huge social and economic benefits. At present, the production capacity of p-dichlorobenzene is 70,000 tons, and our company has become the main supplier of PPS production enterprises in China.
2. M-dichlorobenzene is an important intermediate in medicine, pesticide, dye and other industries, and is an important raw material for antifungal drugs in the pharmaceutical industry.Since 2016, our company has been engaging in joint research and development with Shanghai Petrochemical Research Institute to produce m-dichlorobenzene by using isomerism shift technology and has applied for a patent.
